Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Stabilità Studio website and the services we provide.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Stabilità Studio

Stabilità Studio is a creative digital studio providing services including:

  • Branding

  • Web design

  • Website development

  • Social media marketing

  • Digital marketing

  • Other creative and digital services agreed with the client

Legal business name: STABILITÀ STUDIO LIMITED
Trading as: Stabilità Studio

2. Our services

The exact services, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project will be agreed with the client before work begins.

A proposal, quotation, statement of work or other written agreement may form part of the contract between Stabilità Studio and the client.

We reserve the right to decline work that we consider unsuitable, unlawful, unethical or outside our capabilities.

3. Quotes and proposals

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days.

A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order.

A project will only begin once the relevant proposal or agreement has been accepted and any required deposit or initial payment has been received.

4. Payment

Our fees and payment schedule will be communicated before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.

  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

  • We may pause work where an invoice remains unpaid.

Replace the payment terms above if your actual terms are different.

5. Project scope

We will deliver the work described in the agreed project scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional fees or changes to the project timeline.

We will discuss significant changes with the client before carrying out additional chargeable work.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing information, content, feedback, access credentials, approvals and other materials reasonably required for us to complete the project.

Delays in receiving required materials or approvals may result in changes to the agreed timeline.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to us do not infringe another person's intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

7. Revisions and approvals

The number of revisions included within a project will depend on the agreed scope.

Once a client has approved a design, page, piece of content or other deliverable, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before publication or launch.

8. Website projects

For website projects, the client is responsible for providing accurate information and approving content before launch.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, third-party services, subscriptions, domains, hosting, plugins, software licences and other external costs are not included in our fees.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or services.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client will receive the agreed rights to the final deliverables once all outstanding invoices relating to those deliverables have been paid.

Stabilità Studio retains ownership of:

  • Unused concepts

  • Drafts

  • Internal processes

  • Working files not expressly included in the project

  • Pre-existing materials

  • Proprietary systems, templates and tools

Where third-party fonts, stock assets, software or other licensed materials are used, those materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

10. Portfolio and promotion

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Stabilità Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media and other promotional materials.

We will not knowingly disclose confidential information as part of doing so.

If a project is confidential or subject to a non-disclosure agreement, we will respect the agreed restrictions.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party confidential and to use it only for purposes connected with the relevant business relationship.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

  • Is already publicly available

  • Becomes publicly available without a breach of these terms

  • Was already lawfully known

  • Must be disclosed by law

12. Third-party services

We may use third-party platforms, software and services to deliver projects.

These may include hosting providers, website platforms, email platforms, analytics tools, payment providers and other technology services.

We are not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, security incidents or other failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

13. Website content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information published on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate or free from errors.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to that, Stabilità Studio will not be liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or services.

We will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Cancellation and termination

Either party may request termination of a project in accordance with the terms agreed for that project.

Where a client cancels after work has commenced, the client may remain responsible for fees relating to work already completed, committed costs and any other amounts properly due under the agreement.

Any specific cancellation terms contained within an individual proposal or contract will take precedence over these general terms where applicable.

16. Force majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include serious technical failures, internet or infrastructure outages, natural disasters, government action, industrial disputes, illness or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this website.

For existing projects, the terms agreed in the relevant project agreement will continue to apply unless both parties agree otherwise.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply.
